Brooke Ormonde is the Clinical Care Director at Mind Blossom Center and is responsible for coordinating the practitioners’ caseloads and scheduling needs along with other administrative duties. Brooke works directly with clients to compile all the pertinent records and information for testing and assessment purposes. Acting as the main liaison between the clients and practitioners, Brooke plays an integral role in the patients’ care and overall experience.

Brooke earned three associate’s degrees at Pasadena City College and seeks to further her higher education in the near future. She is currently training in the latest requirements regarding protected health information including HIPAA and HITECH rules and regulations.

Brooke provides additional administrative assistance with operational components of the practice including finance, accounting, and human resources. She has a strong background in business administration and customer service having previously worked at a behavioral health practice management company where she focused on employing clinical staff for various ABA practices across the country. She utilizes her experience in the sector and current training to best serve our clients and their families.

Brooke believes a patient’s experience begins with the first call or visit to the office, so she takes much pride in making the office a welcoming environment and a pleasant place for exceptional mental healthcare.
